As part of my monthly moonlit landscape series, I took a chance and drove up into a winter storm in the Sierras. Night Lake was shot during a lucky lull which let enough mooonlight in to make this shot possible. The streaks in the sky are building storm clouds, which shortly after this shot started dumping a couple feet of snow (giving me an excuse to pack it up for the night).
